Key Features

• Loan amounts available from $300,000 up to $3 million
• First Registered Mortgage security required on commercial/industrial property. Owner-occupied residences are not accepted as security
• Maximum loan to value ratio of 66%
• Legal and valuation expenses to be met by the borrower
• No other account or line fees payable.

As at 6 February 2012, indicative interest rates are:

5 years	7.60% p.a.
