Direct Debit

Transfer funds automatically from your bank to your Development Fund or your Uniting Growth Fund account on a regular basis.

1. Contact Funds Management for a Direct Debit form or click on the Direct Debit request link.
2. State the bank account you would like to debit.
3. Decide the amount you want to add to your Development Fund or Uniting Growth Fund account.
4. Tell us how often to debit - Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly or Quarterly?
5. Return your form to UCA Funds Management and leave the rest to us!

Direct Credit

Consider having part of your salary, share dividends, Centrelink, Veterans Affairs or other pension payments, paid directly into your Development Fund or Uniting Growth Fund account.

1. Inform your payroll officer, share registries, Centrelink, Veterans Affairs or pension provider and give them your account details as follows:

   Account number: Your Development Fund / Uniting Growth Fund Account Number (8 digits)
   Account name: As per your Development Fund / Uniting Growth Fund Account

Telephone Banking

For withdrawals only

Need quick access to money in the Development Fund or the Uniting Growth Fund? Why not set up Telephone Banking?

To Set Up

1. Click on the Telephone Banking request link or contact Funds Management for a Telephone Banking Set Up form.

2. Complete the form

• Your name
• Development Fund and/or Uniting Growth Fund Account Number/s
• Validated bank details* for transfers to bank accounts
• Password, security question and answer.
• Return signed form
• Scaned and attached to an e-mail to info@ucafunds.com.au
• Faxed to 9650 7074
• Mail to UCA Funds Management: 130 Little Collins St. Melbourne VIC 3000

*(As we don't allow third party transfers, bank account must be in the name of account holder and validated with documentation).

To Utilise

1. Call (03) 9251 5450 or tollfree 1800 996 888. A Client Services Officer will answer your call during office hours Monday to Friday.
2. Quote your Development Fund or Uniting Growth Fund Account Number and password.
3. Request the amount you want to withdraw. Nominate cheque or bank transfer. If you call before 11:00am, we can process the withdrawal on the same day.

Deposit Through BPay

For deposits only

Instructions for depositing from your bank directly into your Development Fund or Uniting Growth Fund account

To Set Up

1. Ensure that you can utilise BPay from the financial institution from which you will withdraw funds. If you don't have BPay set up you must first contact that institution.
2. BPay Reference Number - this is your Development Fund or Uniting Growth Fund account number.
3. Note our BPay biller code number, which is also on our stationery, is 16089

To Utilise

1. Access the BPay facility set up by your bank or other financial institution via telephone or their internet banking site.
2. Follow the prompts, enter the UCA Funds Management biller code number (16089) and your personal Development Fund or Uniting Growth Fund BPay reference number.
