It is timely to remind investors that capital invested in UCA Cash Management Fund and in the Development Fund are guaranteed by The Uniting Church in Australia Property Trust (Victoria), which has assets exceeding $3 billion.

Although the government has guaranteed all deposits in banks, building societies and credit unions, this guarantee does not extend to other non bank financial institutions. UCA Cash Management Fund and the Development Fund are not covered by the government guarantee but do have the benefit of a guarantee from The Uniting Church in Australia Property Trust (Victoria).
