UCA Cash Management Fund Limited offers variable and fixed-rate loans on a commercial basis. These are separate from Development Fund and BOMAR loans.

Term: Up to 15 years (principal and interest repayments)
Security: First Registered Mortgage
Criteria: Ability to service loan and make principal repayments
Fees: Legal and valuation only. No account or line fees
Interest rates vary in line with market movements. As at 1 July 2011, the interest rate is 8.25% pa. Rates are reviewed at 30 June and 31 December each year. Please contact us for more information.
