The Portfolios administered by UCA Funds Management are charitable schemes under a Class Order issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) (currently Class Order 02/184). The Class Order provides an exemption from various fundraising, managed investment and licensing provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act) for religious, educational, community and other charitable organisations.

The Portfolios are not subject to the normal requirement to have a Disclosure Document or Product Disclosure Statement and be registered or have a trust deed under the Act. The Offer Document has not been, and is not required to be, lodged with ASIC, and ASIC takes no responsibility for the contents of this Offer Document or for the products offered.
