Corporate Governance

The Board of the UCAFM companies has adopted a Charter setting out the roles and responsibilities of the Board and the Executive Director. The Board has also established a definition of "independence" and reviews individual director’s compliance at regular intervals.

In addition to the above, the Board has established two committees of the Board – the Audit & Compliance Committee and the Investment Committee. Both Committees have adopted relevant Charters.
