Mental health is closely tied to homelessness, drug and alcohol dependence, other health issues and unemployment. In fact a staggering 80% of people suffering mental illness are unemployed. A number of programs funded by money distributed from UCA Funds Management help people gain skills that will help them find work and reconnect with the community.
