Home Endowment Fund Loans are available to Ministers of the Uniting Church who are currently in a recognised placement and who are members of the Home Endowment Fund. Loans are approved by the UCA Beneficiary Fund, subject to availability of funds.

Key Features

• Loans up to $120,000  
• Loan term up to 25 years. Repayment in full on retirement of member  
• Repayment capability of up to 25% of gross income of member and partner  
• Maximum loan value ratio of 75%  
• Legal and insurance costs to be met by member

Interest rate charged at the UCA Cash Management Fund rate plus a 0.55% management fee for ministers from Victoria and Tasmania, or the UCA Cash Management Fund rate plus 1.55% management fee for ministers from all other states
