After I have logged into Online Investor, how do I view the details of my account(s)?​

From your home page, simply click on an account number to view its details.

I cannot see all my accounts when I log in.

​If you find that some of your investments are not displayed, please contact Client Services for assistance.

How do I change my password?

Once logged into Online Investor, simply click on ‘My Profile’ located at the top of the portal.

Can I transfer, redeem or invest funds from my Online Investor account?

Fund transfers, redemptions and investments cannot be completed through Online Investor. 

To redeem funds, visit the forms section in Online Investor and download a Redemption Form for the relevant fund. Alternatively, all forms can be downloaded​ on the UCA Funds Management website. 

Additional investments can be made directly to your account using our BPay facility, by electronic funds transfer​ or cheque using the relevant fund Investment Form. Investment Forms can be downloaded from the forms section in Online Investor by via the All Forms and Brochures page​ on the website.

How do I view a PDF generated from Online Investor?

Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox have a PDF reader included in the browser, and should open the PDF automatically in a new window or tab. If you are having trouble viewing the PDF, try saving the PDF and opening it via a PDF reader on your computer (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader).

If you are using Internet Explorer, you will need a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) installed on your computer to view the PDF correctly. 

You can install Adobe Reader for free via the Adobe Acrobat Reader website.

If viewing the PDF on a mobile device, you may need a PDF reader installed to view it correctly. To download a PDF reader on your mobile device, visit the iTunes or Google Play store.

How do I view a spreadsheet exported from Online Investor?

To view a spreadsheet correctly, your computer or mobile device will need spreadsheet software installed, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Drive or Numbers.
