What browser can I use to access Online Investor?

​The portal is compatible with all major browsers (Internet Explorer 9 and 10, Firefox and Safari).

How do I access Online Investor?

​Simply visit to access Online Investor.

Will all my UCA Funds Management investments​ be available?

​All investments listed under your account name will appear on your Online Investor profile. If you find that some of your accounts are not displayed, please contact Client Services for assistance.

​My unique registration number has expired. What do I do?

​Registration codes are only active for 90 days.​​ Please contact us on 1800 996 888 Monday to Friday (8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.) ​for assistance if your registration number has expired.

Staying safe online​

​Password tips and tricks

  • ​​Use a combination of letters (capitals and lowercase), letters and symbols​​​ at least eight​​ characters long. The longer the password, the harder it is for people to guess.
  • Pick a password you will remember but will not be easily guessed by those who know you.​
  • ​Have a different password for each online account or service.
  • Avoid using names, phrases or information that can easily be guessed (such as your pets name or favourite team).​
  • ​Don't use common sequences on the keyboard or the service's name (such as OnlineInvestor, 12345 or asdfg).
  • Never share your password with others.
  • ​Avoid writing your password down. If you need to, make sure it is kept in a safe, secure, place (away from your computer or mobile device) and not in plain ​sight.​
  • Change your password regularly.
