UCA Funds Management is part of the Uniting Church in Australia and its purpose is to provide effective management of the financial assets of The Uniting Church in Australia, Synod of Victoria and Tasmania, and to provide investment funds for Uniting Church congregations, agencies and other investors. Terms and conditions of investment in all Trusts, Funds and Portfolios (the Funds) are governed by Australian legislation.

UCA Funds Management complies with the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles, and is committed to providing products and services in a manner which ensures your right to privacy is respected.

We only collect, use and retain personal information which is necessary to provide you with access to, and information about, our services.

We may provide that information to any of the organisations that we use in the normal administration and management of our business or the Funds, including providers of clerical, administration, investment management  services or custodial services, settlement agents, clearing houses, and credit agencies. Investors have the right to access their personal information which is held.
